Custom Typedesign for header/Rockwell for main body text
The piece is designed to be about the information and for the text to be easily denoted. As a result I took inspiration from information within the text and utilized it in my design–specifically the artist Piet Mondrian. I used a grid based on his work to structure my spreads, as well as designing the headline typeface to emulate Mondrian’s work and the information within.

This piece is designed to connote the ideas found within the same feature article, but this time I took inspiration from information within the text–specifically the use of tesselations and patterns and incorporated it within my design. As a result this editorial version focuses on coding the information rather than on it being legible.
